These terms cover the Fidget Funds app, demo and website. By using them you agree to these terms. Purchases made on Etsy are also covered by Etsy's own terms.

Your licence

When you buy Fidget Funds, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for yourself and your household, on as many of your own devices as you like, including future updates. Please don't share your private planner link publicly, resell the app, or copy, rebrand or redistribute it.

What Fidget Funds is (and isn't)

Fidget Funds is a planning and tracking tool. It shows calculations based on numbers you enter. It is not financial, tax, legal or medical advice, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Check important numbers against your bank and bills, and speak to a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

Your data and backups

Your numbers are stored on your device. You're responsible for keeping backups; the app makes this one tap and reminds you. Clearing your browser data, deleting the Home Screen app or losing a device can remove data that hasn't been backed up or synced.

Sync and updates

Sync is an optional extra, provided as-is. We aim to keep it running, but it may occasionally be unavailable. If we ever have to change or retire sync, we'll give reasonable notice and the app will keep working on your device. We update the app from time to time; updates arrive automatically when you open it online.

Our content

The app, name, logo, design, text and printables are owned by Fidget Funds. The free ADHD Tax Audit may be printed and shared for personal, non-commercial use.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to make Fidget Funds accurate and reliable, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Fidget Funds. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of , without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
